IS IT TIME FOR A CHANGE?

Workout routines are like underware-they need to be changed regularly. I've observed folks following the same old routine for months. Like robots they repeat the same exercises, same reps, same number of sets and even the same weights over and over. This is only a recipe for total boredom and zilcho results.

Instead, change your routine every four to six weeks. You can completely change the routine with all new exercises, or add 2-3 new exercises while deleting 2-3 exercises that you've been doing the longest.

In addition to changing the exercises, don't forget that you can radically change the feel of a workout by also changing variables such as rep speed, length of rest between sets, and order of exercises. If you need help, hire a trainer for a session or two.

So, mix it up, keep your sanity, and enjoy brand new results!
