Suggestion: Beast on Tuesday and Thursday evenings. 
We had several suggestions that Team Training Beast classes be expanded from Tuesday evening to both Tuesday and Thursday evenings. Fortunately, it seems to have worked out well as we had a Thursday evening Basic Training class that was very poorly attended. We've also added Beast classes on Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 8:30 as a substitute trial replacing a Squad that was struggling.

Suggestion: I wish you could be more careful about music selection.  It is not uncommon to hear a song about sex.  It is pushing me away from the gym because I don't like hearing those things.  Maybe CDs? Music comes up often and it's such a difficult issue. We try to find the right mixes but then garbage slips in. I had commented in a previous blog that we'd be working on improving our mixes. We have already started to work on it but here's the reality: We have been incredibly busy and other matters have taken precedence. I actually have 15–20 projects on my plate alone. (I know, I'm whining — give me some tissue!) We have a top priority of hiring 2–3 people that can take some pressure off so we can get to some of these projects!

Comment: Thank you for the yoga/Pilates classes! Thank you for the new water dispenser. I like it a lot! I'm glad you're liking them!  I'm actually super excited to have each of our three restorative classes!  If you haven't tried them yet please do! We have Pilates on Tuesdays at 9 AM, Pilates/yoga combo on Monday nights at 5 PM, and now yoga on Wednesday nights at 5:30 PM.  Don't be shy about giving them a try. We're not a yoga studio — you're not expected to know what you're doing! Just get in there and stretch stuff! Brooke, Amber, and Melissa are awesome!

Comment: Mop floors in the Punch Fitness room more often. During yoga the floors feel dirty on the arms. I LOVE Adamsons! Man, I guess I have to stop eating my P & J sandwiches in there before class! Just kidding, that's not acceptable and I'll look into it. I believe that we've been sweeping daily but as you say, it may need more mopping. Please let me know if you don't notice a difference.

You know, I absolutely love it too. Thanks so much to Mark Behrens, a friend and local photography guru who did the photo shoot. Incidentally, the staff members who are not up there are not in the dog house, they simply missed the shoot and we haven't done a make-up shoot yet.
