This intense 12-week program is our deluxe nutrition/personal training package. This program flat out has it all! The fastest way to a lean, healthy body is to combine strength training, intense cardio exercise, a personalized nutrition plan, and cutting edge supplementation under the supervision of a qualified personal trainer. This program addresses all of these essential components as you will receive personal training three days per week, weekly nutritional guidance, unlimited small group personal training, the DotFIT 90-day Lean Pak, AND a gym membership! Fit-Body Jump Start Program

This challenging 12-week program is an awesome way to get a brand new start to a healthier lifestyle or to take your fitness to another level! Clients train three days per week with a personal trainer and are evaluated for progress at the mid-point and end of the program. Program consists of 3-45 min and 33-25 min sessions. Price is $1199 or $409/month

Personal Training Bundles

Purchase our 25-minute and 45-minute training sessions individually or save by purchasing them in bundles of 10, 20, or 30 sessions!

Buddy Training

Training with a friend or spouse can add an extra degree of motivation, accountability and fun, as well as reduce the per person cost. Buddy training is available in bundles of 10, 20, and 30 sessions.

Semi-Private Personal Training

Train with a group of family members, friends, and/or co-workers and share the cost of a personal trainer. Call for prices and details.
