
Private Personal Training
With private personal training you get the personal trainer’s undivided attention. A certified personal trainer will guide you through each individually-tailored exercise session. Clients may choose to do 25, 45, or 60-minute sessions. The 25-minute private workout is our most popular service.
Buddy Personal Training
With buddy training you share a personal trainer with a friend or spouse. Buddy training adds an extra degree of motivation, accountability, and fun, as well as reduces the per person cost by about 30%.
Small Group Personal Training (3-5 clients)
Small-group personal training adds energy and group camaraderie to your workouts while providing a savings to your pocket book. Classes are offered in four-week blocks and clients may choose between a one, two, or three-day per week commitment. Please call 221-8006 for class types and times.
Sports Training
Sports strength and conditioning training is available for youth, adolescent and adult athletes. Sessions are typically one hour in length and may be done privately, or with up to four athletes per session.
SpinCore
Currently offered in both a 25 and 45-minute format, SpinCore is an invigorating private training session consisting of a combination of studio cycling, and core (mid-section) training.
Outdoor Adventures
Outdoor adventures are monthly weekend activities available to clients and guests. These outdoor excursions are a great opportunity to enjoy the beautiful north state, meet new friends, and challenge yourself in fun, new ways.
Twelve-Week Personal Evolution Program
This challenging program is an awesome way to get a brand new start to a healthier lifestyle, or to take your fitness to another level. Clients train three days per week with a personal trainer and are evaluated for progress at the mid-point and end of the program. The Personal Evolution may also be done with a buddy.
Personal Coaching
Personal Coaching is an economical way to reap the benefits of having a personal trainer. Coaching clients receive a fitness evaluation, exercise prescription, and one or two personal training sessions. You then train on your own for 4-6 weeks before meeting again with your trainer to assess your progress and do some program tweaking. Personal coaching clients may train at other gyms, in home gyms, or may purchase an Independent Training Membership at Adamson’s Peak Performance.
Independent Training Membership
A monthly membership plan is available for those who wish to train solo. Monthly, 3-month, and 1-year paid-in-full payment plans are available. The number of memberships is limited.
