Skinny Jeans Spring Schedule
The primary fitness tool used in camp is-you guessed it-your own body! In addition, medicine balls, exercise tubing, superbands, jump ropes, agility ladders, heavy ropes, and partner-resisted/assisted exercises are utilized. Participants can expect to see improvements in strength, cardiovascular fitness, core strength, and, if accompanied with a sound nutrition program, body fat and inch loss. Women of all ages and fitness levels are encouraged to participate. Enlist today! Slide into your favorite jeans tomorrow.
Based on the book “The Female Body Breakthrough” by Rachel Cosgrove, SJ Body Design includes all the essential elements necessary to radically reshape your body and give you that lean, fit, female body you’ve been seeking! With serious weight training as the nucleus of the program, Body Design also includes metabolic training, and a structured nutrition program. Each small group of 6-8 women will train under the watchful eye of a certified Adamson’s Peak Performance personal trainer. Body Design will also be offered in a semi-private (3 women) format for those seeking more personalized instruction. If you’re ready to be challenged and get out of your comfort zone, you WILL get amazing results!

Adamson's Peak Performance is different than a regular gym. I feel completely comfortable working out in their small, friendly environment. The trainers genuinely care for the people they work with and they offer the complete fitness solution. My workout partner and I began with the Lean-Body Program which is a combination of the Take Shape for Life weight loss program and a 12-week personal training program. Wow, the workouts were always changing, always challenging, and always fun!
