First time students please arrive 15 minutes early to register and receive class instructions.
Shirts and shoes which cover the toes required.
Exercises change daily. Prior to class a trainer will explain each exercise and he/she will coach and instruct throughout the session.
All fitness levels welcome. Those with injuries or physical limitations please speak with a staff member prior to participating.
