If you’re looking for the accountability of a personal trainer; the energy and camaraderie of a small group (up to 10 people during any class) at a price that will fit a tight budget, then our small group personal training program is for you! In just 30 minutes you’ll go through a heart-pounding, fat-incinerating, time efficient workout that will energize you mentally and push you into shape physically.

  1. First time students please arrive 15 minutes early to register and receive class instructions.
  2. Shirts and shoes which cover the toes required.
  3. Exercises change daily. Prior to class a trainer will explain each exercise and he/she will coach and instruct throughout the session.
  4. All fitness levels welcome. Those with injuries or physical limitations please speak with a staff member prior to participating.
