The eight different training zones in our facility make it possible to train athletes for speed, power, change of direction, strength, and muscle endurance. Consistent training both off-season and in-season will give an athlete a competitive edge, help prevent injuries, and insure that performance does not decline during the long sports season!
Youth, junior high, and high school strength and conditioning is available. Sessions are offered in one-on-one, semi-private, and small group formats with up to four athletes per session. Additionally, our Team Training classes offer an excellent economical way for athletes to improve their base fitness, increase functional strength throughout the body, and lose weight if desired.
