Team Training Classes

Skinny Jeans Programs

Skinny Jeans programs are offered three times a year: fall (12-Week Skinny Jeans Challenge), winter (16-Week Skinny Jeans Body Design), and summer (8-Week Body Sculpt). Call (530) 221-8006 now to inquire about the next Skinny Jeans program!


Specialty classes typically run for 6 weeks and vary throughout the year. Programs include Warrior Training, Boxing Bootcamp, Self Defense Courses, and various other bootcamp style courses.

Yoga classes

Get long, lean muscles with 50-minute classes designed to stretch and sculpt. Open to all fitness levels, no membership required ($15 drop-in fee for non-members). It is recommended that you bring your own mat.
