Team Training Membership


Fun, Fast, & effective High intensity workouts!

Get the accountability of a personal trainer while enjoying the high energy of a group setting with our Team Training sessions. Only thirty and forty minutes long, these time-efficient metabolic workouts are each coached by one of our trainers.  With over 30 classes each week from which to choose, you can mix and match among four levels/types of classes (see below) to reach your desired goals!

Team Training Memberships include an Access Membership and unlimited Fit3D body scanning.  Once your Team Training Membership is in place, there is no scheduling necessary - simply show up for as many classes as you wish!

Beginning June 1st, our Saturday 9:30 AM Basic Training and Monday 6:00 PM Basic Training classes will be changed to Skinny Jeans metabolic conditioning classes.

Four fitness levels to choose from:

BodyBlast (Level 2)

Body Blast is our flagship Team Training workout.  Many people train with weights, while others do cardio or aerobics - somewhere in between is Body Blast, the ultimate metabolic workout.  Body Blast is a high-intensity, functional training workout utilizing battling ropes, med balls, TRX trainers, kettlebells, you name it! Not only will you burn a boatload of calories, but you will continue to burn fat and calories for up to 48 hours after your workout is complete.

Beast (Level 3)

Beast is our most advanced Team Training workout. Beast is for those fitness enthusiasts who are already in great shape, don't have injuries, and want to be pushed to their physical limits! Intensity and complexity of movements will be greater than Body Blast.  Feel free to speak with us as to whether Beast is right for you.

Basic Training (Level 1)

We can't build a great home without a solid foundation. Likewise, before we begin to build more advanced layers of fitness, you first need to establish proper movement and a base level of conditioning. With a challenging, full-body program, Basic Training will ensure that you avoid injury, make progress at your pace and begin the path to success.

Fit Lite (Senior, Post-Rehab)

Functional strength and conditioning circuits for seniors, beginners, and clients recovering from injuries. Considerably less intense than Basic Training.
