Warrior Training is an intense combination of free-weight training, fitness boxing, and dynamic functional training. Available one-on-one or in squads of 6–10 participants!
Prior strength training and fitness boxing experience needed. Boxing is non-contact. If you have no boxing experience, two personal training sessions is required prior to admittance.
What You Get in Warrior Camp:
Two 60-Minute Warrior Training workouts per week (12 sessions total) coached by a professional MMA fighter.
Each session is divided into two major periods — one devoted to strength training and the other period spent in boxing and kickboxing.
Next 6-Week Warrior Camp
Next session TBA. Sessions are approximately one hour.
$150.00 (Note: this does not include gym membership or Team Training) Train with an MMA pro for just $12.50 per workout!
Participants will need boxing gloves and hand wraps (We have loners for the 1st week. Check out gloves and wraps at Dicks, Big 5, or Amazon).
