W h a t    i s   P e r s o n a l   T r a i n i n g ?

Personal training is exercise training done under the direct personal assistance of a certified fitness professional. Over the course of several weeks, you will
  1. Learn how to perform specific exercises
  2. Gain an understanding of how resistance exercise, nutrition, and aerobic exercise work to get real results
  3. Follow the personalized exercise program designed by your personal trainer.
At the end of 4-8 weeks, you should see and feel results and be personally empowered to continue changing your life!

Personal Training
Adamson's Peak Performance is dedicated to offering cutting-edge personal training programs including sports specific, fat loss, and body scultping programs. Personal training can be done one-on-one or with a friend or two.

Membership
Those who wish to do independent workouts at the center may purchase a membership; year paid-in-full, 12-month contract, and month-to-month options are available.

Sports Training
Adamson's Peak Performance--our name says it all! The goal of our sports training program is to see each of our athletes perform to his/her maximum ability. Becoming a great athlete requires more than just "pumping iron", great genetics, or even a "Jerry Rice" work ethic. It requires a scientific and personalized strength and conditioning progam.

Our sports training is available in one-on-one, small group, and team training formats.

Personal Training
The ultimate way to get results fast! Train one-on-one with a strength and conditioning coach.

Semi-Personal Training
Increase the motivation while decreasing the cost by training with a teammate or friend.

Group Training *
Train in an exclusive group of 3-4 athletes under the watchful eye of our strength and conditioning coach.
* Group Training is not available year round. Call for dates and times

Team Training:
Reserve the entire gym for your team and we'll provide the strength coach.
