Is your endurance lacking? If you're hitting max heart rate climbing a flight of stairs you could use ENDURANCE, our new Team Training class! For the month of May we'll be holding ENDURANCE every Wednesday morning at 9:15 AM. In ENDURANCE you'll get a heavy dose of battling rope training mixed with lots of body weight exercises.
We just purchased five more battling ropes and a new apparatus which will allow us to train up to ten clients on ropes at the same time! Sounds fun, and well....painful too! But pain is fun, especially when it makes you feel like an aerobic machine — strong, lean, and unstoppable.
